Has anyone used White Oak wood as their only smoking wood and if so was the meat too smokey or lightly smokey in flavor?

I've only used White Oak from Smokinlicous and I like it a lot!
It's milder then their Hickory and offers a slightly different flavor and color compared to their Red Oak. I prefer White on Pork and Red on Beef.
Try it I think you'll like it.:wsm:

Post Oak is a white oak. And just about everyone in central Texas smokes with post oak. Its the only wood Aaron Franklin burns.
