timothy TVWBB 1-Star Olympian Nov 29, 2018 #2 I've only used White Oak from Smokinlicous and I like it a lot! It's milder then their Hickory and offers a slightly different flavor and color compared to their Red Oak. I prefer White on Pork and Red on Beef. Try it I think you'll like it. Tim
