Hi!
I've taken Chris' advice and used Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning before, and I like it, but I want to hear what other people are going to rub their bird with this year, so sound off!

Haven't posted in a while. Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic is awfully good on fowl. The recipe is easy to find online.
Give it a try.

My two fav's for chicken are Cavender's Greek Seasoning and Plowboy's Yardbird.

But I've never used them on a whole turkey, just on turkey breast.

Depends on what your looking for. Parsley, sage , rosemary & thyme ala S&G ( Great song) Is standard IMO for a traditional turkey.
For smoked or grilled I like Weber's for fried TC.

What I’ve used the past couple of years is my concoction of 3 parts salt, 1 part black pepper, 1/2 part red pepper and 1/2 part garlic powder. I’m not totally precise with these measurements, just eyeballing the half parts (usually a teaspoon).
