5 days before Thanksgiving and nobody is really talking turkey? C'mon people. We're roasting inside, but I've cooked many turkeys on a spit on both charcoal and gas grills. How about some new thoughts? Anyway, gobble, gobble.

Scrolling down a bit I see something about turkey cutlets .. I'm talking about the whole thing. Never had fried turkey, but I'd rather not set the deck on fire.
 
I like fried turkey! It’s not what I want every year or even at Thanksgiving but, they are lots of fun to do and PERFECTLY safe when very simple safety rules are followed.
I’m not doing one this year but maybe for something in the spring.
And Bob is right, there’s a whole subheading for “Turkey Talk”
