Flour fried bacon

Bacon is so hard to get "just right". Not that mis-cooked bacon is bad - there's no such thing as bad bacon imho! But oh man, get it cooked just right... I could eat the whole package!

The flour coating makes it a bit tricky telling, by color, when it's done to your liking.
Mine was a little more crisp than intended. Perfect for me is that small window just before it gets to the brittle point but not limp.
 
I get fresh side pork from the butcher shop and cook it this way all the time. Never tried it with bacon though.
