At work, the owner bought a Lorex 5100 series security system and when I try to log into the system via IP address I keep getting I must download and install plug-in for NPAPI. But, it doesn't work on all browser except Explorer. I also tried to Port forward and logged on my phone and I get the same on my phone's browser wanting me to install NPAPI plugin.
Is there a work around? It would be very helpful, as the owner and COO are in China and they seem not able to log into the phone app Lorex Cloud. I can view the cameras using that app on my phone perfectly fine. I just want something other then the app, and to be able to log in to the system and make needed changes, which I can't do on the app as easier or not at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
