She may be old, but she does the job (just like me)
Left the duck uncovered in the fridge to tighten up the skin
And we are moving:
And moving a bit more
My companions fell asleep (except for the big boy, but he's not on the picture)
The potatoes and onions are ready
The duck is done
It all tasted pretty good, esp the drip pan onions and potatoes. Those drip pan (root)veges are actually one of the best side effects of cooking with the rotisserie!
Obviously, I had left overs:
Duck, baby cabbage, drip pan onion and potato stir fry with lots of coriander leaf
And still more left overs
Tandoori duck
I am a bit ducked out now, but it was definitely worth it
