It all tasted pretty good, esp the drip pan onions and potatoes. Those drip pan (root)veges are actually one of the best side effects of cooking with the rotisserie!

Obviously, I had left overs:
Duck, baby cabbage, drip pan onion and potato stir fry with lots of coriander leaf

I am a bit ducked out now, but it was definitely worth it :)
 
Not sure how I missed this one! Duck looks great, Anne. I have never cooked a duck on the grill. Need to remedy that!

Thanks all :)
It was the first time ever cooking a whole duck. Worked pretty well, esp in the stew like preparations afterwards.
Still need another duck and make Thai red curry duck...
