At least for a few more days. The need to celebrate runs unabated here.

Homemade dough and pizza sauce, mozz, Genoa salami, kalamata olives, red bell and crimini mushroom:

Homemade dough, roasted, chopped medium Hatch New Mexico chilis for sauce, shredded Oaxaca cheese, homemade spicy carnitas and Anaheim chili strips.

Both cooked on the Blackstone pizza oven at 650*.
 
Those pizzas look like wall hangings, works of art! If I had to chose, I’d have to eat them both! You did Pizza month proud Robert.
 
Those are awesome pies. I just mixed up the America’s Test Kitchen NY Thin Crust dough for a three day ferment. We’ll have two pie Sat for the football games. Cheers!
