    Lump charcoal for overnight cooks in wsm what do you think

    Welcome Ash, the briquette charcoal is more trusty for overnight cooks for me.

    Thanks Bob H do you smokers use lump charcoal for shorter wsm cooks say ribs?

    Welcome aboard Ash. I tried lump in the WSM but settled on briquettes for consistency in my cooks.
