Note to those who use Tolleson (or branded but suppled by Tolleson) beef products


Arizona-based meat producer JBS Tolleson, Inc. is recalling 6,500,966 pounds of "various raw, non-intact beef products" due to an outbreak of salmonella, the United States Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Thursday.

Just another reason I do not buy commercial ground beef. I grind my own. I know what's in it and more importantly what's NOT in it
 
I have no idea who Tolleson is or what stores they supply.
I take it that it's prepackaged ground beef like the tubes, or ? which I never buy.
