Since I bbq/smoke ribs, chicken, fish, pork chops, tri-tip and repeat, i thought id post something new to me.

BBQ'ed garlic bread with fresh tomatoes from the garden..



It was darn good, happy Sunday everybody.

Baguette from C'est Si Bon Bakery, <<<<best bread ever. The usual suspects, chopped garlic, basil, add to bowl and add evoo. Add sliced tomatoes.

Cooked on the gasser open faced on heavy duty foil for about 12-15 minutes at 350°-400°, your results may vary.:rolleyes:
