Low Pulled Pork Yield

Smoked two (2) 7 lb boneless pork butts from Costco overnight at 235 for about 14 hours. Smoked to an internal temp of 200. When I pulled it, I only about about 5.5 lbs. A roughly 40% yield seems very low to me. Usually, I'm averaging about 50-60% with boneless butts. Anyone else experience this? Could I have done something wrong or maybe they were just extremely fatty. I usually have very good luck with Costco meats.

I must admit in all these years, I’ve never actually weighed the yield. I cook them, we eat, then I package the remaining. On the last two Costco butts I smoked (last week), I fed five then put six guesstimated 1 lb packages in the freezer.

lol. I routinely weigh leftovers that I portion and freeze but don't customarily weigh to check my yield. I did, however, calculate yields a couple times in preparation for my Son's grad party. Across three butts I calculated 54%, 53%, 53% yields. Butt these were bone-in shoulders.
