Just a few pics form Sunday's Cookout.
On the Big Guy was 6 Slabs of Ribs up top with 2 Pork Butts on the bottom.
The 18 had 2 Brisket Flats, one on each rack.
60 Wings went on the performer with the vortex, 2 rounds, 30 at a time.
A dozen Italian Sausages went on the Baby WMS.
The build in Weber Gasser served a a warming station.
Pics of the cookers were posted earlier.

Fed an army, did you? They got a top of the line dinner, for sure.

All your cookers look brand new.

Thanks. The only new one is the 22 which was added this summer.
This was it's 2nd run, and boy was it needed!
We had about 40 family members in attendance.

Dang, dude; are you awake, or out for the remainder of the week? I wore myself out thinking about all that work. Impressively done!

Well, that's how to feed a huge gathering of the family. A wide variety to suit everyone's taste and cooked to perfection. Nicely presented. Great looking cook James.

Nice spread! Doing a small family gathering for about ten this weekend, going to try the gasser for something I generally do in the oven, I hope it is a success!
