    am I thru the stall

    Hello I got a pork shoulder on a 18.5 its reading 175 grill is 250. I just got done with yard work and just letting weber do its thing, shoulder went on at 7:30 am I think Im good for a 7 or 8 dinner time, am I fooling myself ?

    Welcome Harry!
    My stalls are usually around 165, so yours might be on the rise.
    It should be done by dinner, I'd watch it a couple more hours to see if it's climbing, if not it might need to be foiled to finish.

    I think you will be okay. Like Bob said they usually stall at 165 if your at 175 It might be out of the stall now. Pork shoulders are very forgiving if I get a super long stall I try bumping the temps up to nudge it along before going to foil.
