You can make it 1 hr in advance, but it's better if you can make it the night before.

Use the ingredients in the recipe above, and add these. I don't garnish with celery sticks, dill pickle spears, or pickled green tomatoes.

1) I put fresh rosemary springs in the vodka bottle that I buy. It takes a few days, maybe about 6 days, but afterwards when you pour the vodka, it will look and smell like rosemary. I use Absolute vodka from Costco.

I leave the rosemary in there, until the bottle runs out.

2) Sweet Fire habanero (a few drops):
