I am a baby back guy, they are my favorite. I wanted to give the St Louis a try, been a few years since I last cooked them. They were also on sale.
Found a recipe from Alton Brown and gave it a go.

The lineup.


Ready to get started.


On the 18WSM with some KBB and post oak. It was raining off and on so I set up the umbrella.


After about 5 hours.


Time to dig in.


These were tasty, it's been a long time since I ate ribs without any sauce on them. I'm glad I gave these a try but baby backs are still my favorite. Thanks for looking.

Beautifully done Pat. St. Louis spares are fun to cook and yours look terrific. Sure like to see those cloudy skies around here.
