I really enjoyed this video Bob. Especially the Beast Craft BBQ and Burgers Smokehouse. Both were really impressive. The Peaceful Pig segment was really interesting. Picked up a couple ideas for when our vegetarian daughter and her vegan boyfriend come for a visit... except finding Jackfruit around here would be a bust, I'm sure. The spoon bread looked tasty too. Might think about that one of these days. Thanks Bob.

OT: Cliff - I just stumbled upon Hearts of Palm as a replacement for lobster rolls. I haven't tried them but they're going on my list to see if it's available at my local grocers. I'll update here if I find/try them.
