Went with the Chicken breasts again. Upped the amount of charcoal, added some unlit charcoal at the bottom and poured the lit charcoal over the top. Actually running a little hot this time so I added water in the water pan. Stabilized at 260 +/- and stayed steady for 1 hour and 15 min when it showed 160 internal temp.

Tomorrow, weather permitting, trying some ribs! Cross your fingers!

I love my 14.5. It's great for small families. I usually cook Chicken at 300 to 350 so a little extra heat isn't gonna hurt it. Keep on smokin.

How did the chicken breasts turn out this time? And the ribs?
