Extra meaty spare ribs

I found a small rack but very meaty spare ribs at the store today. Threw them on the Weber using Apple wood for smoke. After an hr, wrapped them in heavy duty foil. I check an hr later, they were done. 2hrs total time to cook. They were moist and chewy. Great tasting ribs. Here are the photos.

Stay cools, it's been a very hot month so far.
 
Hot damn that's a chunk of meat there. Looks great, I missed out on the pork this weekend and stuck it out with Beef... regretting that decision looking at this for sure!
