    Rolled Flank Steak on the Gasser

    Starting to get this gasser thing under control.
    Found a recipe for rolled flank steak that looked pretty good.
    Just happen to have a dog food special in the freezer

    Flank steak marinade ingredients

    Indirect on the E320 about 350 for one hour pulled at 140IT

    Let rest for 10 minutes sliced

    Great meal very tasty. Will do this one again.
    The only issue was butterflying the flank steak it was a little thin in a couple of places, but that didnít affect the flavor at all

    All right!!!! Bet that was yummy. Sure has lots of good stuff for the filling. Gotta try the carrots - they look delish, too.

    Fantastic Rich! Thats one fine lookin meal. How did you find the bacon, did it tighten up enough or was it still quite chewy?

    That came out beautifully!! Hope that the pups got a little taste of the steak!
