Starting to get this gasser thing under control.
Found a recipe for rolled flank steak that looked pretty good.
Just happen to have a dog food special in the freezer

Great meal very tasty. Will do this one again.
The only issue was butterflying the flank steak it was a little thin in a couple of places, but that didn’t affect the flavor at all

All right!!!! Bet that was yummy. Sure has lots of good stuff for the filling. Gotta try the carrots - they look delish, too.
 
Fantastic Rich! Thats one fine lookin meal. How did you find the bacon, did it tighten up enough or was it still quite chewy?
