    Simple Saturday Burgers

Just wanted something quick and easy for dinner tonite. Local market had "ready made" burger patties with diced jalapeno and cheddar and onion.
Cooked indirect with come hickory smoke until 125 on Thermapen.
Removed and rested while I got grill heated to screaming searing hot.
Seared for about 1 minute per side.
Served on a couple of whole wheat buns, dill potato salad on the side, a little ketchuo and an ice cold St. Pauli Girl Non-Alcoholic Brew - Heaven on a plate!!

    Thanks for looking.
