Hello,

I'm a longtime lurker/reader on this site who is finally joining in the conversation. Thank you to everyone who shares their knowledge, successes, failures, and questions.

I'm loving my new 14.5" WSM. This is the 4th consecutive Saturday that smoked meat has made the lunch or dinner table ... ribs, meatloaf, chicken, and meatloaf again. All four have been successful cooks and each has also provided learning experiences and opportunities to improve. I'll make a meatloaf post shortly in the Barbeque section.

Thanks again for creating this great community and I'm hoping everyone was able to get out today to put some smoke to meat.
