Hi everyone. I’m Simon, from Gloucester in the UK
I’ve got half a dozen barbecues/smokers. Way too many really. I recently won one in a raffle for National Barbecue Week over here. It’s way too big but the sheer fact I won something still makes me happy.
Apart rom the 4Grill that I won, I have two gas fired Cadacs, one 47cm Smokey Mountain smoker, one Kettle Plus ont touch GBS and a Smokey Joe that I converted to run as a mini WSM having seen the various projects on here
Apart from barbecueing my hobbies are my Sportster, live music (saw the Foo Fighters last week), Real ale and travel.
I’m not sure what I can contribute apart rom enthusiasm but I’m here and life is good.
