Hey folks, Paul here checking in from Savoy, Illinois, a small town attached to Champaign in east-central Illinois. I've been grilling on my 2004 Weber Genesis Silver B for 14 years now, but have just jumping into the world of charcoal smoking. My wife surprised me with a 22-in WSM for Father's Day, and I had my first effort yesterday. It didn't go as well as planned (as you might read over in the New Owner's Forum), but I am here to learn. I didn't expect perfection out of the gate, but now I have a very small hint of just how much I really do have to learn. I look forward to continuing to learn more from this site every day!
