Indian BBQ Fusion - Tandoori Lamb Shoulder & Vegetable Curry

Well i just posted to introduce myself and thought I would move on and share my first real experiment!

Tandoori rubbed lamb shoulder with a vegetable curry smoked beneath the shoulder to catch the goodness.

6 hours at 225 for the lamb, 3 hours for the curry (veg browned in a skillet first)

Shredded the lamb pulled pork style as it was way too good to overpower with a sauce.

Everyone absoloutely adored it!
