Hello guys!
31 year old Yorkshire fella here...
My idea of BBQing was the typical hot dogs and burgers until I recently got sent to live and work in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for 3 years.
Back in the UK now armed with a WSM and Spirit gasser.
Also managed to marry a southern belle and drag her back to Yorkshire.
I have been lurking for some time and wanted to thank you all for the plethora of informative, helpfull and fantastic posts.
I have started to get to grip with my WSM - started with pork shoulder and have my first brisket separated ready to cook overnight to watch the football with family and eat tomorrow afternoon! I have started to experiment and will post some pics in the other forums to share.
