Finest poppers I've ever had, or at least made anyway
 
That looks like a solid meal, or start to a meal. Great colour on the top of the cheese as well, really dig that look!
 
Definitely poblanos/pasillas, but they sure look delicious.

I agree - anaheims tend to be a little narrower/longer & lighter green, but I almost always reach for the pasillas/poblanos just because they have a touch more flavor.
