This small joint is the real deal. Off the strip at Valley View and Russell. Plenty of choices and sauces, but may run out of some menu items. Worth checking out. Has replaced Rollin' Smoke as our favorite.
 
Just wanted to chime in and thank you @Dan Leighton, for this quick review. I had a buddy text me on his way to LV asking if I had BBQ recommendations. As per my usual, I came here, and this one seemed like the best bet......he loved it (and he knows his Q.) Thanks for making me look good! :)

Unfortunately, the original restaurant on Valley View burned last night from an electrical fire. I hadn't been there in awhile and didn't know they had opened a 2nd location in Henderson. They've been big supporters of the Golden Knights since their inception. Hope the restaurant is rebuilt! GO KNIGHTS GO!
