Father's Day Burgers and Home Fries

Wanted to keep Father’s day low key, so we went with just some hamburgers and home fries. Decided to do them on the E320 with the Little Griddle. Barb made the burgers with our own ground sirloin tip roast and some of Weber’s Blazin’ Burger.
Half of the fries were seasoned with Weber’s roasted Garlic and Herb, the other half was coated with a fish fry mix. Dipped in a slurry of mix and egg and then coated with dry mix.
Barb cooked the burgers to around 150 added sliced sharp cheddar and then some bacon and grilled onions. Placed on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and mustard.
Really a tasty burger. The fish fry mix home fries had a nice crispy crust will be making those again.

Looks real good, How's the blazin burger? I use there gourmet burger seasoning and it's dang good.
 
Looks like some good grub!! Some of the finest things in life are a good burger and good fries. Plus, you've got a great co-chef!
