Pulled Pork ala SYD

Thawed out a boston butt I had in the back of the freezer. Injected ala the VWB's SYD injection method. Slathered in mustard and some SYD rub and onto the WSM with KBB and a couple of hunks of hickory and apple.

Onto a toasted King's Hawaiian bun with american cheese, tossed with a bit of blues hog bbq sauce, a slice of onion, some pickle and topped with Siracha cole slaw. Holy cow (pig) was
this good. Cheers!!

Looking really good!

FYI: when dealing w/ frozen butts, I just slather, rub and throw them on. No need to thaw (although that does hinder the injection process just a bit :) )
 
wow, that looks fanastic. I love Hawaiian bread. Can't go wrong with that, and that sriracha cole slaw is very intriguing.

Really?! Interesting. About how much time does this add, I would suspect another 3 hours or better.
