What’s cooking for Father’s Day?

I am going to smoke a 13 lb Prime Packer. We have baked beans, cole slaw, macaroni salad, potato salad, watermelon, all kinds of BBQ sauces (for those who use it), chips and dip. I have an English Summer Ale, an American Pale Ale (both homebrew), Diet Coke for Nana, and fruit drink for the kids.

We’ll have three (adult) kids and five of the G kids for a (hopefully) drama-free, relaxing dinner.

That sounds really great Dwain. We are doing a simple Fathers Day, burgers and home fries I want Barb to take some time off. Since my surgery she has been carrying the full load around here.

I did a 7 lbs Top sirloin roast with sprouts and grilled potato spears. Sadly I thought of pictures a long time after everything was done and eaten..

Grilled a flank steak, asparagus, lobster tails and pan seared some halibut for Father's Day.
