Genesis Silver C first rebuild before and after pics

Hey guys, finished up with the rebuild of the Silver C yesterday and couldn’t be happier, I really appreciate the help from everyone on here and especially DaveW who walked me through a lot of the rebuild.

    I replaced :
    Burners
    Flavorizers
    Grates
    Warming rack
    Thermometer
    Manifold from NG to LP
    Flip up side table

That's turned out very nicely. I have spare scales but they're all from x000 series grills and they don't work. I tried

Looks awesome. This will serve you many more years for a fraction what a new one costs. But be careful, My rebuilt habit started with a Gold C... Since then I have done three more... lol

I might have a spare tank scale. If interested PM me.

That is a fine restoration. It should be a great grill for a long time to come.
Grills and guns are a lot alike. While one would usually suffice and you can only use one a time, each grill/gun is better in certain situations.

It's been several years ago but I bought a new tank scale from ereplacementparts.com for my genesis 1000.
