Need lid piece, if you would have one for sale ...

    Hi guys --

I need a left-hand side cast piece for a Weber lid. Or else a whole new lid. Unfortunately the folks cleaning up my basement junked that one thing by accident, when I had it apart for repainting, etc.

I don't know exactly what model I have -- I think it's a Genesis 3000 but not postive -- but anyway it's just the super-super typical angled black Weber lid that they used for years. The thermometer is on the RHS if that matters.

I would be glad to buy a whole lid or just that one LHS cast piece -- whatever works for you.

    Many thanks

I should be able to hook you up with a lid end cap. I could also supply an entire lid, but that would be pretty costly to ship. Send me a private message along with a photo if possible to make sure what I have will fit your grill. I think they all used the same end caps back then so a Genny 1000 lid end cap should work fine. I am sure I have one or two I could spare....left or right with the thermometer hole or not.
Grills and guns are a lot alike. While one would usually suffice and you can only use one a time, each grill/gun is better in certain situations.

That is a better option. No shipping cost to worry about.
