Cuisinart “settlement” check

I may be in the minority but, I was not the least bit irritated by the time it took to receive my replacement blade (thanks to this site) for the defective original. To be honest, I got two! This morning I got a check for $15.00 to “Settle a class action suit regarding length of time to provide replacement blades.” I’m happy to get a check to say the least but, the blades came in pretty good time providing the number which needed to be replaced!
Thanks, and I’ll treat myself to something but, I surely wasn’t expecting the check.
 
I still have my old blade along with the new one they sent me :) - no check for me though.

Good they took care of it, and made it double right for you.
 
I guess I don’t understand the class action suit regarding the time, given the number of blades that were required for the replacement, I’d say they did a darned good job!
My wife’s son is in QC at an automotive interior manufacturer, and said the same as me, If you don’t want a similar, or worse, problem, it might take a little time to produce the improved part.
