Wow! That's pretty cool that they include moisture percentages.

I agree and it's the only smoke wood I buy online.
I kinda spaced out and forget to do a little summary on what I used for the 3 day weekend.
Friday night M'Lady did homemade burgers and I used a chunk of Wild Cherry in the chimney of lump. ( Mesquite Lump ) for fuel
Saturday did a Beef Knuckle w/ Red oak & Ash. ( Mesquite Lump)
Sunday a Meat loaf w/ Wild Cherry . ( RO Lump)
    Monday a Turkey w/ Alder & Beech. ( Weber Brigs )
My family knows how I cook, and I've been jonesin for this order for awhile because I've been using the bagged stuff, and it's OK but you have to use 3-4 times the amount to get any flavor.
All I heard all weekend was Wow what did you smoke this with? Cause I can really taste the wood. ( and I only used 1-2 chunks)

The stuff costs a little more, but it's worth it

I got an order of fruitawood, which I realize is different, but they tend to stress the right amount of moisture in the wood as well. I noticed a big improvement in my smoke flavor, that I felt was kind of lacking.

Are these the "single filet (3 1/2"x4") or the "double filet" (2'x3")?

Bruce, these are the double filet.
The website has a "size your cooker or smoker" option and that's what they recommend for the WSM, but I have thought about going larger and splitting them.

I just happened across this post, and noticed my box is running dry. I shouldn't order any more since I have a thwack of plum, juniper and choke cherry from local sources that I need to start using... but I know I will!
