I have been wanting to give this a try for quite some time.

Top Round Roast.


The marinade.


Overnight.


Loaded up.


On to the 18 WSM with KBB and some hickory for flavor.


After 6.5 hours at 165-170.


All done.


This came out great, can't wait to do it again. Thanks for looking.:cool:
