WSM smoke day done and dusted here!

As we have a slight geographic advantage here, WSM Smoke day is done.

Simple two racks of Cosco Spare ribs, smoked in Hickory and Banksia Cones for my FIL's 91's birthday.

T Shirt will go on tomorrow, Just a bit cold here at the moment...

Thank you for those who served... Lest We Forget.

    Well said!
Pardon my lack of knowledge but what is a “Banksia cone”?

Looks interesting. A lighter flavoured nutty smoke which is great with all types of meats.

So, it seems to be a kind of southern hemisphere kind of tree cone, cool!
