I have the original grate from Weber which can be used instead of one grate. But with the east west burners this does not allow much for indirect grilling. Is there some aftermarket griddle that is long and narrow which fits along a burner?
You can place a Lodge double burner cast iron griddle across the grill and use the burners accordingly. I do this and it works fantastic. Otherwise I am not sure what exactly you're asking
