Found another dish in Weber’s Big Book of Grilling that I wanted to try.
Hoisin beef kabobs with tomato salad look very promising.
I used New York strip steak for the kabobs the recipe called for 30 minutes to 1 hour I marinated the meat for two hours.
Used the 310 gasser for the cook.
No action shot on the kabobs even though I had the camera dangling from my neck…Duh.
Barb made up the salad and charred the tomatoes we used romas because we couldn’t find any plum tomatoes, they worked just fine.
She also made up the dressing for the salad.
The kabobs and salad had wonderful flavors and we will do this one again.

Have a great weekend.

well that looks good, looks like the rice noodles I had at a Thai restaurant yesterday......... or is that sliced onion?

I think I'll be getting one of those grill baskets pretty soon too

Sliced onion. We've had that basket forever but just started using it last summer, Barb decided to give it a try to grill some veggies. Now it's making regular appearance's on the grills for all kinds of different things..
