Have been wanting to try this recipe for a while and the weather was great so here we go.
The ingredients for the sauce which I cooked for 20 minutes then took half and put in a bag with the chicken to marinade for 7 ½ hours.

Chicken on the performer with Hickory Wood for smoke, indirect for 20 minutes. Then brush both sides of chicken and continued cooking 20 minutes until we hit 165*.

Everything plated and man was it delicious. All the flavors together were spot on.

The whole plate is a home run. But I'll be honest, you had me at bourbon+bacon. :p

Can't go wrong with bourbon and/or bacon. Great cook, Barb! Nailed it. Love that chicken and the sides.

Outstanding cook there Barb. That Tangy Coleslaw sure is pretty and looks delicious. Perfect side for spring/summer bbq!
