    2 Hour Ribs

    Baby Backs via rotisserie.
Rub: Oakridge Dominator & Habanero Death Dust.
    Fire: used briquetts. Smoke: apple.

    Cooked nekkid for 2 hours:

    Time to eat!

Real good, although a little dry. Could have pulled them 10 minutes sooner.

The Hunsaker firebasket clone is rather amazing. Temps held steady in the 330* range with 1 bottom vent open around 70%.
    It does consume fuel, though.

That looks great, Robert! I've been meaning to try rotisserie ribs. That corn looks great, like the way you did that.

Looks outstanding Robert. I've been stuck on spares lately and now I'll have to get back to baby backs. Lovely plate. Two hour cook gave you plenty of heat left to get a good toast on that corn. Good use of all the grates!
