Just a weeknight bird. I was going to make it yesterday, but unforeseen circumstances intervened. Marinated for about a day in the chicken marinade from my original Mastertouch recipe booklet, cooked indirect for most of the time on the 26'er, then direct to finish. Plated up with oven roasted brussels. Yummy stuff!
