    Hi From Washington, DC

    Hi all,

Recently joined while researching the purchase of my first "nice" grill (after an inexpensive Lowes purchase 3 years ago that, while wasn't amazing, did the job to start). Just added this Summit E-470 natural gas grill last weekend. Thankfully I had a great local hardware store that delivered it up the 3 flights of stairs to my roofdeck. Looking forward to a summer of grilling!

Welcome to the forum NRingo! Love the view you have from your deck. Looks like your dog is very content on the patio furniture, or just saying, hey dad, get me one of the hotdogs asap.

Thanks! Yeah, he definitely wouldn’t mind a hot dog, but the roof is his happy place. Lots of good smells!

Hi Ringo, beautiful grill, looks like an advertising shot. You might want to pull the grill away from that back handrail, however. A lotta heat comes out that backside!

Welcome. Nice grill. And I agree with Dave. Move the grill forward and keep some distance from that wood railing.
