Have you tried Cow Tenderloin? Pork Cushion?

Today I visited Gordon Food Service...the manger introduced me to Cow Tenderloin-"1/2 price tenderloin" and Pork Cushion-cheaper than butt with better yield.
What is your experience with these cuts?
 
My GFS had “cushions” a while back, I couldn’t get an answer as to what it was from the staff so, I passed.
NOW I learn that, I think I should have gone ahead and treated it just like a big butt! Summer feasting season is almost upon me so, I am armed with one more piece of information, thanks for clarifying that for me. Yay!
