It was Rockfish for Taco Tuesday

Seasoned some Rockfish with evoo, ancho chili powder and sea salt.

On the grill for 3 -4 minutes per side.

Warmed some corn tortillas.

Some cabbage/cilantro slaw, chipotle tartar sauce & some lime wedges....
Time To Eat!

Wow!!! Now THAT'S the definition of a true fish taco, brother! Glad to see that no cheese was present and cabbage/cilantro w a white sauce was incorporated. Very nice!

I'm usually disappointed with fish tacos served in restaurants here in the FL Panhandle (cheddar, iceberg, flour tortilla, etc.)...so I usually don't order and just make myself when the desire arises. But if I could ever find a place serving your version of these tacos, I'd surely become a regular patron!
