I was browsing through the many great recipes posted by other members and came across this Reuben Meatloaf posted my Timothy Hoffman. Sounded delicious so I thought I’d give it a try. Like so many older postings his pictures no longer display. It’s really too bad as I would have liked to view them prior to my cook. Anyway, here’s my attempt which I sided with Crash Potatoes and grilled green beans with garlic.
Here's the link to Timothy's recipe.

Followed it pretty close. Mixed the Panada with the ground beef and pulsed in the food processor.
Mixed the sauerkraut, cheese, pastrami, sour cream and mustard.
Put the loaf together.
Got the meatloaf on the grill for around an hour and a half.
Got the sides going. In addition to the garlic, added some balsamic vinegar, honey, onion powder and s & p.
Gave the potatoes about half hour.
Should have pulled the parchment before snapping this.
Potatoes crisped up nicely.
