    Chicken Quarters

Still down in the Bay Area when I did this cook. Was hoping to come home Friday, but that wasn't meant to be. Anyway, grilled up some leg quarters and also some veggies.

    Veggies.

    Thanks for looking.

    Tasty looking little cook Cliff!
I used to do quarters a lot, not sure why I don't anymore, they can be dirt cheap on sale.

Right you are Bob. I believe we picked up these for 79 cents/lb. a while back. We froze about a dozen and we've used most of them already!

That's the type of cook we like, simple to do and very tasty. One store here had thighs, legs or quarters for $.59 a pound needless to say we've got a freezer full of chicken.
