    Big Butt Litte Egg

Been wanting to do this for awhile, finally got a moment to do so

    Fills the grill

    Coming along nicely

    Crust coming in

Done and it only took six hours

Going to let it rest for a couple hours and then pull it, photo to follow

Got a hot grill, can't let that go to waste

Watch out, fire in the hole

Lesson learned: A big butt in a small egg requires a diffuser that dosen't allow the grease dripping to pool up. It was a little exciting there for a moment or two

Chuck, you firebug you! Hope the gazebo is still standing.
Butt and Go Giants brats look great!
I've got a smallish butt about done on my Big Black Egg, with heat deflector in place.

That's quite the flare up and I'm sure a little scary. Good thing the butt wasn't on that inferno, talk about having a crispy critter.

    Five hour rest

I can't complain, maybe if I pulled it a degree or two earlier but not bad. Slaw was nice & spicy

No gazebo's (or fences) were harmed in this cook

Once I got the fire out, I was able to do the sausages, they were most tasty

    Hope everyone's weekend was great
